Refund Policy

At Delux Store, we strive for customer satisfaction. However, refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • You report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • A clear video or photo of the unboxing and issue is provided as evidence.

How to Request a Refund:

Email us at deluxstoreofficiall@gmail.com with your order number, photos/videos of the issue, and your contact details. After reviewing the case, if eligible, we will initiate a refund via bank transfer or your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Refunds are not applicable if:

  • The customer changes their mind after purchase.

  • The product is used, unboxed without documentation, or returned without proper packaging.
